We pride ourselves on having some of the most highly-trained and professional technicians in the business.  Since our main product is service, they are the heart of our company.

Technicians undergo an average  apprenticeship of two years before becoming certified to work solo in the field.  Each technician is provided with factory-training and continuing education.  

Our technicians are professional, courteous and customer-service oriented.  They are experienced in adapting to the needs of varying institutions, whether it be special security measures for a school or special reverence for a sacred space.
