A: The majority of our business involves service & repair of
institutional lighting systems. This includes commissioning
new lighting systems installed by outside electrical contractors.
We also sell and rent sound & lighting and provide phone support,
training and consultation.

A: Just about one hour south of Cleveland, Ohio, USA.

A: Our company is an authorized service agency for many
manufacturers. This means that we undergo periodic training
and review and are kept up to date on the latest information from
these companies. Although we are an independent company, we
proudly represent these manufacturers in the field.

Are Purchase Orders required?
A: We will accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or American
Express. Purchase Orders are preferred.

A: This will vary depending on the manufacturer. Most
parts will arrive within 7-10 days. Parts that are "in demand"
or "obscure" may take 2-4 weeks or longer. Repairs may take
4-6 weeks. Our office will do its best to keep you informed of
order status.
