A: The majority of our business involves service & repair of institutional lighting systems.  This includes commissioning new lighting systems installed by outside electrical contractors.  We also sell and rent sound & lighting and provide phone support, training and consultation.

Q: Where are you located?
A: Just about one hour south of Cleveland, Ohio, USA.

Q: How does your company relate to the manufacturer of my lighting system?
A: Our company is an authorized service agency for many manufacturers.  This means that we undergo periodic training and review and are kept up to date on the latest information from these companies.  Although we are an independent company, we proudly represent these manufacturers in the field.

Q: How much does it cost to hire Knight Sound & Lighting Inc.?
A: Costs will vary depending on the type of job and its intricacy.  Please contact our office for an estimate!

Q: How long will it be before a technician can come work on my system?
A: Our technicians are in demand throughout the country.  Lead time on scheduling is often 2-4 weeks.  Emergencies are given priority and are served on a first come, first serve basis.  It is our goal to accommodate every customer in a timely fashion. 

Q: What types of payment do you take? Are Purchase Orders required? 
A: We will accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.  Purchase Orders are preferred.

Q: How long will my parts take to arrive? 
A: This will vary depending on the manufacturer.  Most parts will arrive within 7-10 days.  Parts that are "in demand" or "obscure" may take 2-4 weeks or longer.  Repairs may take 4-6 weeks.  Our office will do its best to keep you informed of order status.
